A number of national policies have been put in place to support the development of human resources in STEM. With data from Labor Force Surveys, this research examines the Thai STEM workforce in an effort to ascertain whether the notion of STEM shortage is more of a mismatch between degrees and jobs. The study then evaluates determinants and labor market outcomes of the mismatches.",
