The electronic electoral voting system aimed at blind people is to increase participation in the electoral process and allow them to validate their vote in a private and secure way, where the person casts their vote and is not susceptible to having their preference distorted. A study was carried out based on surveys of blind people affiliated with the Institute of Blindness of Cochabamba "IBC", since there is a population of 820 people, according to the statistical data of the official website of the IBC Bolivia, where a sample of 86 people to whom a survey was conducted, with the purpose of collecting information from the people who mostly participate, such as the difficulties that arise when assisting in the voting process.
